Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of your eolma account and related personal data.
1. Request deletion
You can request account deletion in either of these ways:
- If you can still access your account, open Settings and use the Delete account option in the Account deletion section on app.eolma.com.
- If you cannot access the app, email privacy@eolma.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. What to include
Please include the email address linked to your eolma account, or enough information for us to identify the account safely.
3. What we delete
After we verify your request, we will delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your eolma account, subject to any legal, fraud-prevention, or security-related retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
Shared chat and split history may remain in de-identified form, such as display as [Deleted user], while personal details and sensitive shared data are removed.
4. Timing
We aim to respond to deletion and privacy requests within 20 working days.
5. Google and Facebook login
If you used Google Login or Facebook Login, removing eolma from your Google or Facebook account does not automatically delete your eolma account or data. To delete your eolma account and associated data, you must delete your eolma account in Settings or use the email option above.
