Community Guidelines

eolma allows user-generated content including forum posts, replies, votes and images, chat, split requests, profile details, and item photos. To keep the platform safe, the following content and behavior are not allowed.

• Do not post or send hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive content.
• Do not upload sexual, explicit, graphic violent, or otherwise objectionable images.
• Do not scam, impersonate, spam, or mislead other users.
• Do not use eolma for illegal goods, illegal activity, or dangerous conduct.
• Only upload genuine item photos and accurate split request details.
• Respect blocks, moderation decisions, and platform safety rules.
• Forum posts, replies, votes, and images must be genuine and relevant to the discussion.
• Do not deliberately post false product availability or store opening-hours claims.
• Do not expose someone’s address, contact details, identity documents, or other private information.
• Do not manipulate votes or coordinate voting to distort a forum discussion.
• Do not post repetitive promotions, unsolicited advertising, or other spam.

Moderation

Users can report abusive behavior in-app and block abusive users. We review reports, may remove offending content, and may disable accounts that break these rules or applicable law.

Uploads

Item photo uploads must show real retail item or price information. Images that are irrelevant, objectionable, or unsafe may be rejected or removed.
